There is not a lot of help in the box, but you can find it online. It does help of course to have some knowledge on how to go about setting up your printer. All I can say is that I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm sure anyone looking for a printer would be happy with this also. It is a quiet printer and extremely fast on draft setting. The photo tray will hold either 5x7 or 4圆 photo paper, and it prints these as perfect as you would ever want. Sometimes with other printers you will not get all features to perform as promised, but with this printer I'm totally convinced that HP took some time to ma. The wireless feature works flawless, along with its apps, and it does just what it describes it can do. It is built solid, and unlike what others may have said, this printer is not a ink hog. I did substantial research on a lot of different printers/brands, and I came back to what was the best of them all. As a best "all in one" printer I believe the HP Photosmart 7520e to be highly representative of that classification. The photo print quality could be a little better but, from past experience I've learned you can't have it all. The printer is on our home wireless system and works equally well with my Dell XPS, my wife's iPad mini with retinal display and the Apple iMac I use for music production. ![]() I've not had a single issue with paper jams or anything else. The HP Photosmart 7520e became my number one choice. Find a printer that is simple to use, does not give me headaches and prints better than average rather than the best possible photos. This time around I decided to use a different "all in one" printer selection process. Paper jams and "check the print heads" and recalibration became the norm. Their extra ink cartridges added extra cost to their already higher purchase price and their ease of use and network connectivity left a lot to be desired. On the other hand neither were "family friendly". rs based on this selection process and both delivered wonderful photos. First and foremost would be photo print quality. ![]() In the past I judged an "all in one" printer the same way I judged photo specific printers. The HP 7520e represents my conclusion to a search to find a great all in one printer that will be hassle free on a day to day bases, be simple to use, easily connect to my home wireless system and still deliver above average photo printing. I also like the concept of an all in one printer.
